Description:
The great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin was forced by authorities to leave the capital of tsarist Russia for a period of three years. On 21st of September 1820 he came to Chisinau and is established in house of general Inzov (now turned into a museum). In just three years the poet writes poems: "Gypsies", "Salul black", "Ovid", "fair Greek woman, no cry", "To Baratanschi Bessarabia", "To Raievschi", "General Pushkin", "Gavriliada" the first part of the famous novel in verse "Eugene Onegin" and others, included in the circuit of universal values. In Chisinau, Pushkin is often present among the elite culture of the people here. Writers C. Stamati, C. Negruzzi, Donici family and others, then known as classics of Romanian literature. Pushkin traveled a lot through Moldova. Especially liked to visit the mansion Ralli Arbore village of Dolna Nisporeni Forest.
