Chisinau Roller Marathon 2024

Rollerblading in marathon races is a modern trend. It has even broken into the marathons of the Big Six! There are already roller marathons in Berlin and London.

This year Chisinau will also host its debut marathon roller race. At the jubilee Chisinau Marathon they invite professional rollers. The distances of 21 km and 42 km are prepared for them.

Participants should carefully familiarize themselves with the rules - they are specified in the Regulations. They have clear requirements for equipment, behavior during the race and other important things.

Requirements for rollers are traditional for such events:

• maximum allowed diameter and number of wheels - 3 wheels of 125 mm or 4 wheels of 110 mm;
• minimum permissible wheel diameter is 72 mm;
• it is forbidden to run the course on "quadra" (wheels in two rows in parallel), "semi-squadra" (two wheels in parallel and two in a line) and aggressive inline with wheel diameter less than 76 mm.

Only 200 participants will compete in the first roller marathon: 50 in the Marathon (42 km) and 150 in the Half Marathon (21 km). Familiarize yourself with the rules and get on the start line!
