Description

When two municipalities receive only half of the annual budget they need from the government, and rival mayors stake everything on a football match, the pressure increases: whoever wins takes all the money and does their job. So, naturally, everyone will do everything Romanianly possible to win, in a "laser, brother!" comedy about money, football and girls to marry.
