Following the success of its edition, Candlelight Music Night returns for its second concert — an enchanting evening bathed in the glow of over 2,000 candles, creating a magical atmosphere filled with emotion and warmth. After the sold-out success of its first concert, this edition promises an even more extraordinary experience for the audience!
On December 14, 2024, at 7:00 PM, Catalina Cara and the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra will bring the festive spirit of the holiday season to The National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Chișinău "Maria Bieșu" during the Candlelight Music Night - Christmas Edition concert. One of the unique features of this event will be the special ambiance created by over 2,000 candles, complemented by an acoustic performance designed to provide the audience with an authentic, intimate experience.
Catalina Cara, known for the warmth, sensitivity, and depth of her voice, will perform songs from her album Leap Year Baby alongside other pieces, including exclusive moments prepared in collaboration with special guests Karafizi, Ulizana Orozova, and Pavel Olari — Cosmos în Buzunar, specially for this concert. The performance will be conducted by Andriano Marian, who, alongside the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra, will elevate the evening with emotionally charged and sophisticated renditions of Christmas-inspired pieces in a unique acoustic arrangement. The audience is invited to immerse themselves into a magical evening, where Cătălina's voice, the orchestra’s finesse, and surprise moments with the special guests will unite to create an unforgettable atmosphere.
